David Graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2002 with a degree in Business & Marketing and quickly fell in to the world of recruitment working for 2 large recruitment companies that specialised in professional services marketing appointments.  David likes to think he is competent at dealing with people at all different levels and backgrounds with the ability to understand different company structures and HR / Staffing processes and as such is able to develop a through, effective recruitment plan to ensure he can support these whilst providing a truly service oriented outsourced recruitment service that really does deliver results.  David has recruitment experience in the professional services support sectors. During his recruitment career David had supplied staff on a temporary and permanent basis to a wide range of professional services clients from Cobbetts, Hill Dickinson and Field Fisher Waterhouse to smaller independent organisations with only 4 or 5 staff.

David is always happy to help or give advice where he can and is particularly keen to hear from job seekers with extensive food industry experience or internal HR / Recruitment managers looking for a niche recruitment advertising solution.

After the closure of the Manchester office of his current employer David was forced to decide what to do next, either head down to the big smoke or set up on his own.  Having bought recruitment advertising in the past David decided that there was still a niche for certain industry/location focussed job boards and approached friend and owner of a web development company Martin Heywood the Right Jobs Group was born.
