Why work for the Right Jobs Group?

The Right Jobs Network is no ordinary company, and we don’t pretend we are. We're no ordinary employer either! We are passionate about our staff and understand the importance of offering responsibility, uncapped earnings, a resoundingly friendly working atmosphere and training that will deliver the skills needed to continually further your career.

What's more, we're expanding. With an ever growing client list, we need the right people in place to ensure the consistent and impressive growth of our organisation remains constant, and through organic growth we reward top performers.

What can you expect?

We all know the feeling, when you wake up and don't want to go to work, well don't expect that. Oh and that feeling when your hard work isn't recognised, well don't expect that. And there's always that feeling that you're not quite getting back what you feel you give your employer? Well don't expect that either.
•    Expect the unexpected

We do things differently, and that's what makes us unique, we can't guarantee our style is right for everyone; it takes a certain type of animal to walk in our shoes.

What you can expect is a fun, fast-paced and rejuvenating career, with a young and innovative company.

What do you need to do?

This is the hard part...

Because of what we do, and how we do it. We need people that are truly head and shoulders above the rest. Our interview process is tough, with good reason. Lot's of people like the idea of becoming a ‘recruitment consultant' yet don't understand the reality of the skills required to be a truly consistent industry performer.

We don't always advertise our jobs. After all, if the right person comes along, then there's always room. What we look for is innovation. Approach us with an idea, a way in which if you worked for The Right Jobs Group, you could benefit our operation for both new and existing clients. If you feel you can add value to an area of our business, tell us why, and we'll be only to keen to start proceedings.
